The Mountain House is located at 13808 Skyline Blvd, Woodside, CA 94062. If you are coming from the south, your maps may have you exit at Woodisde Road. We would not recommend this drive! The road is single lane, full of mountain bikers, and very windy. We would recommend continuing north on I-280 for another 5 minutes and exiting onto SR-92. This drive is much easier and just as scenic.
Please park at the Mountain house, then follow the signs to walk to where our ceremony will be held (~8 minutes).
Should we uber??
If you plan to drink, we would highly encourage you to take an Uber or Lyft. The roads here are dark, narrow, have drop offs, and are very winding. There can also be fog and deer. Please schedule your Uber or Lyft ahead of time. The cell service on the mountain isn't great, and many people have trouble getting picked up.
What should I wear?
Our dress code is cocktail attire. We would love to see you in your favorite florals and colorful pieces! Please note- the ground is soft (its a forest) so thin heels are not recommended.
Can we bring kids?
Sure thing! Please let us know if you plan to do so and we'll make sure we have appropriate choices for dinner
